Dene Garage in Diggle near Oldham is a family run business.

We know the garage was purchased from an Uncle of the family in the 1930 s. On 13th April 1961, Lindley (Lin) and Dinah Dransfield incorporated the garage. The garage was based in Greenfield next to The Clarence Pub until 2004 when it relocated to Diggle. The garage has been passed through the family from father to son; Lindley to Jack, then Paul, who currently runs the garage.
